Hi! We are Madlen and Seyda, we worked two intense years as Employee Experience Designers in the Nestlé HQ and we want to share with you the methods we used to help more than 20 global teams to redesign their processes.
We know how hectic it gets with other priorities and day-to-day tasks. In this 2 days training you will understand the Employee Experience Design approach and get a basic but powerful toolbox to design the processes you need with the little time you have.

The Training Agenda
In these two days we will practice the 6 EX Design Modules applied to a use case. You will experience the EX Design Mindset and Approach with practical and easy-to-follow creative methods.
Day 1
Module 1
Frame your Fields of Opportunity
Map the employees’ feedback with the business strategy and decide where to focus to maximise your impact.
Module 2
Find out what your colleagues need
Learn what is important to your stakeholders using techniques from qualitative research.
Module 3
Identify Moments that Matter
Highlight meaningful moments for your colleagues and choose what to improve in their Employee Journey.
Day 2
Module 4
Create a new experience
Get creative with your team! Find solutions to your colleagues wishes and pain points to improve/create your processes.
Module 5
Test and iterate the new experience
Learn how to prototype processes and test them with your stakeholders. Use their feedback to enhance the solution.
Module 6
Engage your stakeholders
Use the insights from the employee research and the EX Impact Canvas to show the value of the new process.

We support startups and special organisations who want to boost their Employee Experience but whose training budgets are below the early bird price. If you are one please ask us for our limited special tickets Full refund only possible if cancellation happens 30 days before the training. We reserve the right to cancel the training 30 days before in case the minimum amount of participants is not met and of course you will receive a full refund of your ticket.
